CA Mukul B Desai, F.C.A. is a qualified Chartered Accountant and continuously in practice since his qualification having experience of 40 years. He has
experience in almost every aspect of the accounting profession. He is having vast experience of statutory audit and Taxation and he looks after the entire
range of practice relating to statutory audit and Direct Taxes including tax planning/advisory for corporate and individuals and Company Law & other area
of services.

Mr. Mukul Desai is also Professional Director on the Board of various Companies.

Mr. Hanuman P Kanodia, F.C.A.

Mr. Hanuman P Kanodia, F.C.A. is a qualified Chartered Accountant and continuously in practice since his qualification having experience of 35 years.
He has an experience of more than 35 years in almost every aspect of the accounting and Taxation profession. He is having vast experience of statutory
audit and Taxation and he looks after the practice relating to statutory audit and Direct Taxes including tax planning/ advisory for corporate and individuals.
He is actively involved in advisory services for project financing also.

He has specialization in Direct Tax matters including advisory and litigation. He has expertise in handling search and survey matters, litigation before CIT(A).
He provides expert advisory in the area of Tax Consulting, estate planning and related matters.

Mr. Hanuman Kanodia is also Professional Director on the Board of Listed Company.

Mr. Rajesh Kumar Chotia, F.C.A.

Mr. Rajesh Kumar Chotia, F.C.A. is a qualified Chartered Accountant and continuously in practice since his qualification having experience of more than 6 years.
He has done Certificate Course on Concurrent Audit of Banks Internal Audit Standards Board of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is having vast
experience of statutory audit and Taxation and he looks after the practice relating to statutory audit and Direct Taxes including tax planning/ advisory for corporate
and individuals.

Mr. Rajesh Kumar Chotia is also Professional Director on the Board of Public Companies.

Mr. Yatin Shah, F.C.A. is a qualified Chartered Accountant and continuously in practice since his qualification having experience of more than 5 years.
